These terms govern use of the MAH Integrated Solutions website and supplement any separate service agreement with us.
Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to do so. If you do not agree, stop using the website.
Services and project scope
MAH Integrated Solutions provides websites, applications, and business tools. Final scope, deliverables, support, and timelines depend on the agreed order, proposal, or contract. Advertised timelines are estimates and depend on requirements, content, approvals, and third-party services. A specific agreement takes priority if it conflicts with these general terms.
Web and mobile apps
These terms also cover web and mobile apps provided by MAH Integrated Solutions that link to them. Supported platforms, browsers, devices, features, updates, and maintenance are defined in the service description or project agreement. Some features require internet access or device permissions. App-store distribution, where agreed, is subject to store review and policies; approval or a publication date is not guaranteed. Apps delivered on a client’s behalf are also subject to the terms that client sets for its users.
Paid services and app features
Development, hosting, maintenance, premium features, add-ons, and subscriptions may be offered for a fee under the specific offer or order. A development fee does not automatically include hosting, app-store fees, domains, licenses, or third-party usage charges unless the agreement says otherwise. Fees, billing cycles, usage limits, and any additional charges are set out in the relevant proposal or purchase flow. Using a free feature does not itself purchase a paid feature.
App subscriptions and cancellation
Where automatically renewing subscriptions or trials that convert to paid access are offered, their conditions are disclosed before purchase confirmation. App-store purchases are managed through your store account under the store’s policies; direct purchases are managed through available billing tools or by contacting us. Deleting an app or stopping its use does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancellation timing, remaining access, and refunds depend on the purchase terms, provider policy, and applicable law.
Accounts and your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for having the rights to submit content, files, and project instructions, and the permissions needed to process other people’s information. Tell us about unauthorized account use.
Pricing, payments, and subscriptions
Review the currency, total, billing cycle, and applicable taxes at checkout before purchasing. Subscription charges recur on the selected cycle unless cancelled under the order or contract. Cancellation, refunds, and any special conditions follow your agreement and applicable law; contact us about billing questions before buying.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, infringement, unauthorized access, malware, or spam. Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse or security risks, subject to law and existing agreements.
Intellectual property and content
Website materials, branding, and templates remain with their respective rights holders. You retain rights in materials you supply and permit us to use them to perform requested services. Ownership and handover of project deliverables depend on the specific agreement; third-party components remain subject to their licenses.
Third parties and AI
Payment, hosting, social platforms, and integrations are subject to their providers’ terms and may change or become unavailable. Review AI-generated material before use; accuracy, uniqueness, or specific business results are not guaranteed.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to operate the website but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Service warranties and responsibilities are governed by your agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms and publish the revision date here. Website updates alone do not amend a signed contract. Contact us to address questions or disputes; governing law and jurisdiction are determined by your agreement and applicable law.
