This policy also applies to web and mobile apps operated by MAH Integrated Solutions that link to this policy. Depending on an app’s features, we may process account details, submitted content, device and operating-system information, and security or crash logs. Permissions such as camera, photos, location, or notifications are requested only when needed for a feature. You can manage permissions in browser or device settings; declining may disable the related feature. Device permission is not consent to marketing tracking. Apps operated on a client’s behalf may instead be governed by that client’s privacy notice and the relevant data-processing agreement.
Paid services and in-app purchases
When you purchase a paid service, subscription, or add-on through the website, a web app, or a mobile app, we process contact and billing details, the selected plan, payment status, and transaction or subscription identifiers to activate access and manage renewals, cancellations, refunds, and support. The relevant payment provider handles sensitive payment information; where app-store billing is offered, the store’s privacy policy also applies. Access to paid services does not require acceptance of optional marketing tracking. Invoice and transaction records may be retained after account closure where required by law.
