QuickA2A CRM at quicka2a.app is owned and provided by MAH Integrated Solutions. This policy describes how MAH Integrated Solutions handles information when providing this app service, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
1. About this policy and the service provider
QuickA2A CRM, available at https://quicka2a.app, is an application owned and provided by MAH Integrated Solutions. QuickA2A CRM is the name of the app service, not a separate service provider. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to MAH Integrated Solutions. This policy explains how we handle personal information when providing QuickA2A CRM and related support services. MAH Integrated Solutions is responsible for personal information it processes for account administration, support, and service operations. When your employer or another organization provides your account, that organization controls the customer records it enters into the CRM and MAH Integrated Solutions processes those records on its behalf in accordance with the applicable service agreement and instructions; the organization’s own privacy notices also apply.
2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, information may include your name, email address, mobile number, organization, account profile, and support communications. CRM records may include customer and lead contact details, company information, activities, notes, tasks, communications, and documents that you or your organization choose to submit. Technical information may include IP address, browser or device information, sign-in activity, and diagnostic or security logs. Only submit information you are authorized to provide.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, organize customer relationships and business activities, store and display the records you submit, respond to support requests, maintain service reliability, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, processing relies on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent, as applicable.
4. Access and sharing
CRM information may be accessible to users and administrators authorized by your organization. Service providers may process information on our behalf as needed for hosting, account services, storage, communications, maintenance, and support. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
5. Connected services and device permissions
If you choose to use an integration, the data needed for that feature may be exchanged with the connected service and its privacy policy also applies. Where a feature requires access to device capabilities such as files, photos, or the camera, you can manage the relevant permissions in your device or browser settings. Declining a permission may prevent the associated feature from working.
6. Cookies and local storage
The web app may use cookies or similar storage to maintain sessions, support security, and remember preferences. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings; blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or other functionality. Where optional tracking requires consent under applicable law, that consent must be obtained separately from access to essential CRM services.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, follow the account organization’s instructions, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of data and its purpose. Following a deletion request or account closure, some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, and backup copies may remain until their normal retention cycle ends.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country; where applicable, cross-border processing is subject to safeguards required by data protection law.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, request portability or restriction, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. For records controlled by your organization, contact its administrator first. For account or privacy requests to MAH Integrated Solutions, use the contact method below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
10. Children’s privacy
QuickA2A CRM is intended for business use and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The latest version will be available on this page with a revised date. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated separately.
12. Contact us
For privacy questions or account and data deletion requests, contact MAH Integrated Solutions through our contact form. Mention “QuickA2A CRM privacy” and describe your request. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
